The seeds you’ve planted these past 40 Days to Prepare for God’s Plans, now need steady watering and a watchful eye for weeds. I pray that you’ve enjoyed taking steps towards your dreams this past month. As we kick off November, let’s be grateful for what we accomplished, big or small.
I’d like to end our 40 days with a reminder from God’s Word:
“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.” ~ 1 Corinthians 15:58
Nothing you’ve done in the past 40 does was in vain. Not one single minute was time wasted. As we go forward, don’t let anyone or anything discourage you about what’s in your heart.
Let’s go into this holiday season with determination to be steadfast and immovable towards those dreams and goals. No matter what you did or didn’t accomplish in the past 40 days, the next 40 days are just as important. As long as we walk this planet, we have work to do.
I hope that you will take some time now, at the end of this particular journey together, to consider how you will continue to make progress each week going forward. Perhaps you could place an appointment in your calendar 2-3 days a week to guard some time for God’s work.
Final Prayer ~ 40 Days to Prepare God’s Plans: Lord, press it into my heart to always be abounding in my work for You. Father God, let my mind stay focused on the fact that nothing I do in Your name will go to waste. So, let me be steadfast and immovable in my efforts to bring You glory. Father God, may there be a ripple effect from these 40 days into my future, into a place and time where I can feel Your presence and pleasure as I “toil” for You. Allow these 40 days to begin and grow something that shines a light on Jesus as our awesome and mighty Savior. In His name I pray. Amen.
May God bless each one of you ~ thanks for going on this journey with me. It’s been a privilege and a pleasure, ~Kim
